That is...I love "We major in the minors!" That is so important and I've never heard it put just that way! My husband used to work really long hours and to make up for it, he would take the kids on "dates." They always felt like it had to be something really special and then ended up disappointed because, truly nothing could make up for not seeing him. We had to start focusing on the little things--- enjoying going outside and tossing a baseball, or accompanying him on an errand, and it made a big difference. This is a great post.
